How to self-assign a ticket?
After receiving a ticket request from the user, HR can
self-assign to solve the issue of the ticket. Otherwise, he can reassign to
head.
Home >>
Help Desk >> All Tickets >> Actions >> Assign to Me.
At this point, we can select either yes, go ahead, or no,
don’t move. If Yes, Go ahead is selected, the ticket is assigned and changed to
the next stage, but if No, don’t move is selected, the ticket is assigned
without any stage change. Please note that the admin configures the stages.
