How to link documents to each task group?
After the designation is linked
with the group, the documents can be linked to the group. Please note that the option is only available when the ‘Candidate Documents’ is one of
the tasks in the group. The
linking helps the candidate submit the documents configured by the admin giving
access to the HR and Background verification officer for verification.
So, to link the documents,
please navigate through the following,
Home >>
Pre-Onboarding >> Groups >> Select a group
Click on Documents
and select the documents to link. Finally,
click on Submit to link
the group. Please refer to the HR
foundation module in the admin manual for document configurations.
