How to assign task groups to the candidates?

In the last
stage, Hiring, the HR releases the offer letter to the candidate and the
credentials to log in to the pre-onboarding portal to the registered E-mail (Please refer to recruitment stages). The
task groups configured by the admin are attached by default to the candidate
based on the designation of the position filled. This is because each task
group is linked with designations. The admin links the pre-onboarding task
groups to one or more designations while adding the task groups.

Therefore, HR
need not assign a task group specifically in the pre-onboarding stage.
