How to Configure the Financial Settings for the Entities of an Organization?

Since these legal entities in an organization are taxed individually, it is necessary to configure all the financial settings related to the entity as shown,

HR Foundation >> Company Info >> Financial Settings >>Entities >> Actions >> Update.

Company Information

Enter the company’s details, such as name, date of incorporation, etc….

Local Details

Enter the address details of the entity.

After entering the Company details, click on ‘Proceed.’ In the next section, please enter the ‘Financial Info’ of the entity.

Enter the details such as Income Tax, professional tax, ESI, and bank details related to the Entity. (Please note that the Name of the Signatory can be added at a later stage)

 

Then, click on ‘Update’ to submit the details. Please note that the details can be updated if needed later.
