Where can I map the Probation letter template and authorized signatory?

·        When the probation period of an employee is extended, or the employee completed the duration and confirmed as a fulltime employee, it is essential to communicate the same to the employee. The following section helps to attach the necessary letter templates along with authorized employee to approve the probation confirmation or extension letter.

                    Home >> Probation >> Documents >> + Add New

·       After clicking on +Add New, Select the letter templates created already, from the drop-down and then the authorized employee to approve the letter. Finally click on Submit to save the settings.
