Step 2: Workplace Details
In this step, by clicking on actions, HR can change the workplace and designation of the employee.
· Click on change workplace in the action field.
· From the drop-down, select the entity to change.
· Click on the functional unit to change the business unit and department of promotion.
Next, click on change designation/position in the action field. Then fill in the following fields to complete step 2.

· Process to View/Cancel the Promotion request
· After submitting the promotion request, HR can cancel the request before approval by the approval chain.
