What is Privilege Access? On what basis it will be assigned to existing employee?


Akrivia HCM is a Role privilege based product, wherein which the data accessible and actions taken by an employee can be controlled through the Roles created and assigned to the employees 
Assigning other responsibilities to the existing employee is a Privilege Access. Based on the Skill and Competencies of the existing employee, certain responsibilities will be given to the existing employee. The number of roles assigned to the employee will be based on the ability of the employee. Privileges can be assigned in Admin Settings.
