What is Employee Hierarchy for RM?

The Employee hierarchy for RM consists of the structural representation of the following:

1. Subordinates of the Reporting manager

2. Subsequent subordinates of RM's subordinates up to the RM level defined for the selected employee in the admin settings.

 

To View the Employee Hierarchy

Login to RM Self Service portal

In-Home -> Modules, Click on Employee Management,

Go to Employee Hierarchy, 

Where the hierarchical Structure of employees can be viewed.
