Is there any service policies included in AKRIVIA HCM? If they are existing, How to create and assign them to Employees?

Yes. Employee separation policies like Notice Period for resignation and Retirement Age for a group of employees can be created according to the policies of the firm. 

1. Steps to create an Service Group is as follows,​Select Service groups -> Create Service Groups -> + Add
1. Fill the details like Group Name, Group Code, Notice Period (Day), Probation Notice Period, Retirement Age (Year), and Description.
   
2. Click on Service groups -> Create Service Groups -> Actions -> Link Entities
2. The service groups created will be assigned to the employees as follows,
   
1. Select Service groups -> Assign Service Groups
   
2. Select Service groups -> Assign Service Groups -> Assign Employees
   

Note:

1. To deactivate a service group it must be unlinked with entities.
   
2. To unlink a service group from an entity it must not be assigned to any employees.
