Is there any option to remind the employees to acknowledge the policy?

The HR can remind the employee to acknowledge the policy assigned as shown,

       HR Policies >> Actions >> View Employees >> Pending.

                                                                        

                                                                              

Select the employee from the pending list and in actions, click on send reminder. Fill all the fields necessary and click on submit.

Field Name	Example	Description
Start Date	06-11-2022	Enter the starting and ending date of the duration during which the employee is to be reminded.
End Date	15-11-2022
Interval Days	2 days	Enter the interval between each reminder during the above duration
Message	Please acknowledge the policy and ignore if completed.	Add a short message regarding the reason of reminder
