I am facing issues with the leave balance bulk upload, why?
The issues with the bulk upload for leave management may arise due to any reasons. To solve them consider these points before uploading the data.
a. Uploading the data for the same period will replace/ overwrite the existing data with the new data. Ensure that you use this download and upload, in case of any amendments in the existing data.
b. Ensure you are filling the data from the second row without modifying the first row.
c. There will not be any issue with blank data columns and rows, if any such blank or no data available in the excel sheet, it will be updated with ‘zero’ value.
