How to view the Purchase History?

The reward points purchased by the Organization and distribution to the Entity are displayed here.

 

1.1.  View Reward Points Purchased by Organization:

Home >> Rewards >> Purchase History >> Invested Points

The reward points purchased by the organization are shown as Invested points at the top. These points can be distributed among entities with more than one entity. The Points distributed or purchased for an entity can be found below.

1.2.  View Reward Points purchased for each Entity:


                                                                   

Home >> Rewards >> Purchase History >> Select Entity >> View details.

Total points are the points given to each Entity. Available points are the points still left with the Entity. Allocated points are used for various awards through award budgets, and utilized points are the points from the allocated points that are spent. Finally, the Balance points are Total Points minus Utilized points.
