How to upload Comp-Off balance to employee’s in Bulk?

How to upload Comp-Off balance to employee’s in Bulk?

Navigation:

 Admin Login >> Home >> Leave Settings >> Comp-off Bulk Upload

In Akrivia, we have a feature of uploading the leave balance in bulk by using leave balance bulk upload option.

To Upload the leave balance, we have to follow the below path

1.      Go to Bulk Upload

2.      Select Leave Group

3.      (From drop-down select the desired leave group to be modified)

4.      Download (Excel Template with three sheets, Employees, Coff’s, Comp-off Data)

5.      In Comp-Off data sheet fill the details like employee id, leave type code, worked date (YYYY-MM-DD), Reason to work, Expire date (YYYY-MM-DD), Coff credits)

6.      upload (existing data will be replaced with the new data).
