In probation, if the HR or the RM feels that the performance of an employee is not up to the expected level as expected level or for any reason, the employee can be terminated.
Note: The maximum allowed extension period is already
configured based on the band of the employee by the admin.
Please navigate through the following to deal with the termination of an employee on probation,
Home >> Emp. Mang. >> Probation >> Select the Candidate >> Actions
· Please note, in Emp. Mang. >> Probation, when an employee is on probation, the status is shown as ‘In Probation.’
· In actions, select Terminate, which pops out a window to submit the request. Fill all the fields as shown,

After entering all the details, click on Terminate to send the request, upon which the
candidate’s status changes to ‘In Progress’ since an approval flow is attached and
the Activity to ‘Extension.’
· The employee will now be in off-boarding stage.
