How to Send password to reset link to the employee?

The section shows the list of employees who have registered before using the invitation link sent by the HR.

Home >> Employee Mang. >> Employee >> Employee List >> Registered

The employees are classified in to Logged In & Not Logged.

                                                                                     

·        The employees who registered with invitation link and logged in are shown in Logged In whereas, the employees not logged in to the portal after registering are listed in Not Logged.

·        The HR can communicate with the employee to login through email as discussed above.

The HR can ask the employee to reset the password through a reset link as shown. The option is very useful when the employee registered through the invitation link forgot the password.

Select the employee and click on Action. Then, using the Send Reset Password, a link is sent to the employee registered mail ID.
