Navigation:

User Login >> Help Desk >> My Tickets >> All Tickets >> Raise Ticket

·        Go to All Tickets and click on +Raise Ticket

·        After clicking on Raise ticket a page will be displayed in that user has to select category, sub category, priority, and he has to provide the subject & description of the ticket.

·        User can also add the attachments by clicking on upload.
