How to override shift roaster?

HR has the privilege to override the shift of an employee manually.

  1. It can do it in 2 ways.

  2. 1. Shift Master data

  3. 2. Shift Planning

  4. To navigate Shift Master data.

                  HR Log-in>>Time and Attendance>> Shift management>> Shift Master data

  1. Here Employee shift directly can change for respective data and click on save the change.
  2. It is feasible to change shifts for a few employees.
  3. Suppose Shift changes need to do more no of employees. Shift planning is feasible.

To Navigate Shift Planning
                  HR Log-in>>Time and Attendance>> Shift management>> Shift Planning

  1. Here Shifts changes can do it for more no. employees of various shifts by three simple steps.
1. select shift group as roster and select duration.
2. Generate and download the excel file for that duration.
3. Changes the shifts, save them and upload them back to the exact location.
