How to On-board an employee?
This is meant for the employees who are recruited via.
Interview process. Some of the details of the employees which are mandatory are
available and the HR has to fill in the missing details. Follow the steps below
for filling in the missing details of an employee.
Navigate to HR and
Select Employee Management Module.
Select Onboarding Tab
>> Add
Employee >> Onboard.
Select Proceed across
an employee to whom HR wants to add the details.
Fill the missing details in
the categories like Personal Details, Job Details & Policies, and
Payroll if applicable and submit.
