How to modify the default settings of each band?

·        The setting configured previously applies to all these bands as default. But based on the company’s policy, the probation duration may not be the same across all bands. In such case, the probation duration can be modified for each band as shown,

                Duration >> Select Default probation details >> Actions

·        In Actions, select View Bands, upon which the employee bands configured in HR Foundation module, are listed. Select a band and in Actions, click on Update.

·        Now, make the necessary changes to probation settings to the band such as the duration, questionnaire, approval flows, reviews. The exception to probation can also be given to the employees of a band.

·        After making necessary modifications, click on Update to save the settings.

Extended Review

Mark a review as extended to use it when employee probation has been extended. Please note anyone among the reviews created can be marked as an extended review.

Edit Due Date

Allow/Don’t Allow

Due date = The last day of the probation. If allowed, HR will have the privilege to change the due date of the employee on probation.

Approval Flow Linking

Select the approval flows for probation confirmation, extension, and termination.
