· When an employee is onboarded, the employee enters into the probation stage, where he/she will be trained, and the performance will be assessed. The following sections deal with the confirmation of such an employee who satisfied the performance requirements as shown below.

· Please note, in Emp. Mang. >> Probation, when an employee is on probation, the status is shown as ‘In Probation.’
· In actions, select Initiate, which pops out a window to submit the questionnaire. Fill all the fields as shown,

After entering all the details and
answering the questionnaire, click on Initiate to start the process, upon which the
candidate’s status changes to ‘In Progress’ since an approval flow is attached.
· After the employee in the ‘approval flow’ accepts the request, the status of the employee changes to ‘Confirmed.’
