How to generate a offer to candidate.

 Path : HM Role >> Recruitment >> Job Openings >> Select a Job ID >> Candidate Tab >> Actions (w.r.to candidate) >> Generate Offer

 Offer letter can be generated only if the candidate is selected.

Each of this action will be visible under “Stage”.

Offer can be regenerated as well by selecting the option under “Stage”.

To Generate offer letter, the following details need to be filled:

l Basic Details: Applicants Personal and Official details. If Prefilled “Continue”.

l Salary Details: Enter required Salary components and “Submit”. Recheck and click “Continue”.

l Offer Details: Select Offer letter template >> Load Data >> Other Details (Reporting Manager >> Offer Valid Till >> Joining Date) >> Continue.

l Preview the offer letter and select “Send it for Approval” or “Send it to Candidate”.
