How to edit Location, Designation, Department and other employee information?

To edit Location, Designation, Department, and other employee information   
  1. Navigate to HR and Select Employee Management Module.
  2. Select Employee -> Employee List.
  3. Go to the User Profile Page by selecting an Employee from the Employee list. 
  4. Select the Job Info of an Employee profile.
  5. Select the Job Location Info widget on the Job Info page.
  6. Click on the edit symbol which is across the field Functional Unit in a Job Location Info widget.
  7. Select the department or division or location from the organization structure and apply. Hence, the employee can be transferred to other departments or divisions within the entity.
