l Create chapters to the training.

As this is a hybrid training, a part of the training is self-paced, and the other trainer led. Therefore, when creating a chapter, it is required to mention whether the chapter belongs to self-paced or trainer led.

l Add Content to the chapters

l Publishing the training

Path :  Training Manager Role >> Learning Management >> All Trainings >> Select Training >> Publish

 After adding the content to the chapters, we need to publish the training. To do that, click on Publish. Until this moment, the training will be in a draft stage.

NOTE:  Please note, once a training is published, no modification to the training content can be done such as creating chapters or adding any content to existing chapters.

l Creating Batches and Sessions

Batches will be created to the chapters if it belongs to trainer led, the Training Managercan schedule batches and then sessions for each batch on specified dates.

The batches divides the participants in the training whereas the session is a period devoted to a particular chapter for that batch.

Once the training and batches are added, the next step deals with nominating the employees to take up the training.
