How to Configure the employee ID?
In Akrivia HCM, the employee ID can be configured as follows in
two steps.
Step – 1: Adding an ID Configuration policy:
HR Foundation >> Employee
Masters >> Employee ID Config. >> + Add New

Step – 2: Configuration of policy:
After adding, the policy is configured as follows,
Employee ID Configuration >> Select Policy >> Actions >> Configure
The policy can be configured for different types of employment (example: Regular, Ad-hoc, interns, etc..) and can be previewed in the preview window.
After configuring an Employee ID policy, it can be updated or De/Re-activated if needed using the
options.
