How to configure and group Competencies?

In skill masters, we add new skills and group them according to our requirement which are used in position management. Besides this, the HR can assign a skill to an employee based on the skills acquired by the employee through reskill programs.

        Adding new Competencies:

Competency is knowledge, behavior's, attitudes and even skills that lead to the ability to do something successfully or efficiently. In Akrivia HCM, we can add such competencies to use them job description or assigning to an employee after assessment.
