The admin configures the nominations settings like max no. to be awarded by HR,
max no. to be nominated by the nominator, and max no. of times a nominator can nominate the same user. The H.R, after releasing the award, receives the nominations from the reporting managers of the selected functional units of the award according to the settings configured by the admin.
After receiving the employee nominations for the awards, HR can approve or reject them as follows,

Click on the award to view the nominations received from the reporting managers. Select an employee and click on ‘View Details.’ Using the options displayed at the bottom, HR can either approve or reject the nomination of an employee.
Please note that if an approval chain is associated with the award by the admin, the final decision remains with the approval chain.
