· Mandatory: Data field is mandatory and needs to be displayed
· Allow Bulk Upload: Allow the employee’s data related to this field to be uploaded in bulk.
· Mandatory Bulk Upload: To make the employee’s data related to this field to be uploaded as bulk mandatory.

Please note that based on ‘Employee Data Field Type,’ the rules vary; if the Employee Data Field Type is Group, we do not find the Rules beside the module option.
Step – 3: Specifications
Select the entity’s country from the drop-down and select the entity. Create an alias name if needed and select the approval chain (optional).
We can also add privileges to different roles so that they can view, add, edit or delete the data in the data fields. But to avoid unnecessary changes in the data, the approval chain is required.
(Please refer to the Approval Flow section to learn more about approval chains.)
Finally, click on Submit to add a new data field.
Adding a Group:
The group is created similarly to data fields except in the Employee Data Field Type; we select Group.
