How many Employment types can be generated using AKRIVIA HCM?
AKRIVIA HCM is facilitating to generate N number of Employee types which can be used across all entities in the organizations created. Steps to create an Employee Types is as follows, - Click on Employee Masters -> Employee Type -> + Add New
- Fill the details like Employee Type (Regular/Adhoc/…….) and Description.
In addition to Employee Type, N number of Employee Bands can also be created as per the requirement that suits an organization at entity level.
Path to create an Employee band Hierarchy is as follows,
- Employee Masters -> Employee Bands -> Select Organization -> Select Entity -> + Add Band (s)
