How do you assess employee performance via., AKRIVIA HCM?
Every Management should know precisely what skills the company’s staff already have and what competencies they are lacking. Based on this information, they can organize trainings and seminars - to fill the gaps in the knowledge and skills.
AKRIVIA HCM is providing the feature to maintain set of Skills and Competencies for every employee in the organization.
The skills created may be grouped together as per the requirement and then they can be linked to entities as a group for further linking with employees. Steps to create Skills and Skill Group is as follows,
- Select Skill Masters -> Skills -> +Add New
- Fill the details like Skill Title, No of Level(s) in Skill, and Description.
- Select Skill Masters -> Skill Groups -> +Add New.
- Fill the details like Skill Group Title, Select Skills, and Description.
- Select Skill Masters -> Skill Groups -> Actions -> Link Entities -> Select Organization -> Select Entities
Competencies are the special traits of person earned through their knowledge and behavior. A set of Competencies that are required for the organization may be created. Multiple levels may be configured for each competency. Steps to create a Competency and Competency groups is as follows,
- Select Competency Masters -> Competencies -> +Add New
- Fill the details like Competency Title, No of Competency Levels, and Configure Level(s).
- Click on Competency Masters -> competency Groups -> +Add New
- Fill the details like Competency Group Title, Select Competencies, and Description.
- Click on Competency Masters -> Competency Groups -> Actions -> Link Entities -> Select Organization -> Select Entities
Note:
- The Skills Grouped and linked to the entities will be ready for assigning to employees by HR.
- For unlinking the group with an Entity, the skill in the group must not be assigned with any employee.
