How can we add candidate using Resume DB/Resume Database.

If any candidate is in the available stage, we can also add them from the resume database.

Path : HM Role >> Recruitment >> Job Openings >> Select a Job ID >> Actions >> View Details >> Add Candidates >> From Resume DB

This path can also be used to add candidates from the resume database.

 

Path : HM Role >> Recruitment >> Resume DB & Tracker >> Resume Database >> Choose Job (Option) >> Select Job ID (from the dropdown) >> Fetch Candidates

Note:  We can add the candidate to the job who is in the status of available.
