How can a user know the raised requests for the leaves? How to cancel the leave request raised?


All the types of leave requests like leave type, comp-off, leave encashment, and leave cancellation can be viewed by the user anytime. Their leave requests can be seen in the ‘My Leaves’ menu, Reports sub-menu. To navigate, go to My Leaves module and then go to the Requests option.


An Action button to view the status of leave requests is at the right side of the screen. In the action button for the Leave Requests sub-menu in the leaves dashboard, we can press the three dots here, a pop-up menu with ‘View Details’ will come. It will show the details of the leave request like leave type, number of days, leave breakup, leave request raised by, and leave approval status for the present user. Also, there is a ‘Cancel Request’ action button. If we press the button, it will show the days to cancel the leave for all days leave requested and also ‘Remarks’, which is for reason for leave cancelling. 

To view details of the Leave Request:

  1. navigate to My Leaves module for the user
  2. Go to Leave Requests menu page
  3. Click on Action button on the right side of the screen.
  4. Click on View Request option
  5. Check for the Status (Approved or Auto-Approved)
  6. Cancel Request, if intereted to cancel the leave request raised by the user.
Note: For already cancelled or rejected leave requests status, the Cancel Request option will not be enabled.
