Employees can recommend a candidate for the position.
Step 1:
Candidate addition to the tab for referred candidates:
Path : User Login>>Current Openings >> Referred Candidates >> Add Candidate
Employees can add candidates via the Add Candidate tab, and the candidate's resume will be forwarded to a resume parser and tracker.
If the resume is properly parsed, the candidate will appear in the Referred Candidate tab.
Step 2:
Referring a candidate for the position:
Path : User Login>>Current Openings >> Job Openings >> View Details >> Actions >> Refer Now
Select the candidate you want to submit and recommend. The candidate will be recommended.
