How to generate probation confirmation letter?

A letter is auto-generated under two scenarios:

a)      When an employee is confirmed as a regular employee

b)     Probation duration is extended

To view the letter, please navigate through the following steps:

Probation >> Total Employees >> Select the Candidate >> View Details

                                                                    

                 Set the present or any future date as the Confirmation date

                                                                    

               Mail the letter to the employee.

·        The letter is generated through the template added by the admin.

·        If there is any change in the template, the older version of the letter can be deleted with the Delete option.

·        We can View, Download, and Mail the letter to the employee.
