Is there a possibility to assign a time policy from the past date to the existing employee?

·        Yes, you can

·        while adding a new time policy; this provision is available

·        There is a provision to select the effective date of time policy from the current date to the past three months.

NOTE:

·         While assigning the policy to employees, it is available from the effective date of the created policy.

Navigation:

Time settings >> policies >> Time Policies >> Effective date >> Select from calendar (from current date to past 3 months dates enable) eg:12-04-2022(Ak policy)

Assigning Ak policy to the employee

Time settings >> Policies >> Time Policy Employees >> Select employee >> Apply >> Select Effective date (it should be 12-04-2022 to any future days; otherwise, Ak policy not available in the policy list drop-down)
