In probation, if the HR or the RM feels the need for an employee to be trained further or improve his performance, the probation duration can be extended. This gives the time to train and improve.
Please note: The maximum allowed extension period is already.
configured based on the band of the employee by the admin.
· The following sections deal with extending the probation of an employee.
· Please navigate through the following,
Home >> Emp. Mang. >> Probation >> Select the Candidate >> Actions.
· Please note, in Emp. Mang. >> Probation, when an employee is on probation, the status is shown as ‘In Probation.’
· In actions, select Extend, which pops out a window to submit the request. Fill all the fields as shown,

After entering all the details and answering the questionnaire, click on
Extend to start the process, upon which the candidate’s status
changes to ‘In Progress’ since an approval flow is attached and
the Activity to ‘Extension.’
· After the employee in the ‘approval flow’ accepts the request, the status of the employee changes to ‘Extended.’
