How to add a New Entity to an Organization?

An organization may have one or more legal entities. A “legal entity” is any company or business of an organization that can legally enter a binding contract with another legal entity. A legal entity can be composed of many people but can function the same way an individual can, legally speaking.

 

Examples: Anup Swadeshi Ltd is an entity that deals with textile manufacturing and designing, whereas Anup Videshi Ltd deals with importing international brands and marketing in the country.

 

Such an entity is created and mapped in Akrivia HCM as follows,

Home >> HR Foundation >> Company Info >> Entities >> + Add New.
