What are the Year-End Activities for the HR?

·        The leave year considered by a company can be calendar year (e.g., January to December) or financial year (e.g., April to March). The HR or admin required to make the next year's holiday and optional holiday’s list. The Akrivia HCM leave system supports both. At the end of the leave year, based on the company and government norms few leave balances can be encashed and few will carried to the next year while the remaining leaves will be cancelled. Apart from types of leaves forwarded and encashing activities, the HR must look after the closing of the accounts for the year, manipulating the leave balances and creating various types of reports and analysing them.
