Where can I view the review submitted by the RM and user?

After the submitting the reviews by the RM & USER, HR can view those responses.



Click on View questionnaire,

To view RM response, click on Reporting Manager

To view USER response, click on USER.

HR can view all the review responses at any time from the date of review submission.

After receiving the suggestions from the RM in the final review, HR can perform the Actions on the probationary employee whether to Confirm/Extend/Terminate.

After Initiating the Action by the HR, it goes for the Approval.
