What the difference is between unblock and unlock of an employee account?

 

·        If the user has given a wrong password for several times, then his/her account will be blocked. In that case, the user can raise a ticket (or) HR can directly unblock from Access Management.

·        If there occurs any issue with the employee then HR has a provision to Deactivate the user account and can Reactive after user/employee has cleared that issue.
