Steps to be followed to send notifications or any letters to the employee
Navigate to HR and Select Employee Management Module.
· Go to Letters and select “Add New.”
· Select the employee to whom HR wants to send letters or notices.
· Fill in all the fields and click on Generate.
· Select any of the options like Mail or ESS notification or both for the Letters to be sent.
· Go to Request and select Action across an employee to whom HR sent a notice or letter and click on “Preview Letter” to see the Generated Letter.
· The employee can see the letters in the widget “Modules.”
