How can we provide a Reporting Manager to any Employees?

Reporting Manager Privilege can be assigned to any employees by following the below steps:

Navigate to HR and Select Employee Management Module.

Select Employee >> Employee List

Go to the User Profile Page by selecting an Employee from the Employee list. 

Select Job Info and select the Edit option in Reporting Manager category.

Enter new reporting Manager Id and Reason and Update.

The employee selected in Step 5 will be assigned as Reporting manager to the employee and will be given the RM role.

The Reporting managers to several Employees can also be assigned through The Existing Employee bulk upload in
