Can employees restrict with the shortage in worked hours?

Yes, it can be done through attendance policy General settings.

Navigation:

                 Time settings>>Policies>>Attendance Policy>>shortage worked hours

·        This configuration is customizable. Employees can restrict with Max % attendance shortfall for that day. Later, the deduction will be done accordingly from the leave balance.

·        If the leave balance is zero, the day's pay is deducted
